New to Madison. Went in for abdominal pain after another doctor (at a different practice) blew it off for IBS and sent me on my way without doing any tests. The P.A at this urgent care immediately did a blood and urine test then sent me for a CT. This is the type of care I was looking for. Would definitely return or bring my family members here.
Everytime I have gone here we did not have to wait too long. Staff was always friendly and helpful. The office was clean. I'd go again if I was unable to see my regular Dr.
I am completely impressed by how professional, courteous, fast and friendly the staff and doctor were at my 1st visit to this office. I appreciate good customer service and I received it from them! I will recommend them to anyone and I will be back! Thanks for making me comfortable during an uncomfortable situation!
Nurse Practitioner Billie Smith is AMAZING. I went in with a condition that more than one medical doctor has "treated" in the past, but it took their "expert treatment" regimens several weeks to take effect. This time, I went to this urgent care, and Nurse Billie's treatment regimen (totally different from the previous doctors) completely took away all the pain before the end of the SAME DAY, and completely cleared up the issue in less than one week! Online scheduling was great. Staff was caring and professional. Consultation was thorough and the Doctor listened to my concerns. Also, I was seen quickly!
In and out in 45 minutes. Receptionist was not rude but he lacked any personality. Nurse practitioner Yeow Ng was wonderful, answered all my questions and got to the bottom. Easy peasy. I will come back.
Awesome service. In and out in under 30 minutes. The NP listened to us and took my wife's pre-existing conditions seriously, prescribing precisely what she needed. 24 hours later and she's already on the mend. Clean facility, caring and considerate personnel, great location, and excellent service. Don't know why all these other nay-sayer's are complaining about having to be responsible for their bills.
They take walk ins ahead of people that have an appointment. Don't waste time with making an appointment. Just show up and you'll get in sooner. Or, better yet, go somewhere else that honors your appointment time.
Save your time. Don't go there. Sydney and Jamie are jewels, but "Ms. Hayes" is mean, hateful, and unprofessional. Since Nurse Betty Smith left, the place has been going downhill, and they were never adorable even before Nurse Betty Smith left because the help would hang up on patients. Before Nurse Smith left, it was common for the service team to treat patients with disparity. "Ms. Hayes" doesn't know who she is and tries to fit in where ever she can.
