Very unethical business, if not fraudulent. My son was charged $50 for a rapid covid test, which is covered at 100% by insurance. I have called and spoken to several people, and still have not been refunded the $50. When you receive your claim information and it shows you owe $0, and they still refuse to refund the $50 they made you pay up front, something is wrong. Other places do not do this.

6 hour wait, they tell you not to leave the property. I was originally told 5 but oh no... 6 hours. They never answer the phones. The nurse practitioner barely glanced at me, didn't look at my ears, throat or feel lymph nodes and prescribed a zpack. Apparently he misdiagnosed due to his hasty exam and now I am back at another doctor. I would not take anyone here. Zero stars for this deplorable excuse of a care provider. SHAME!

Made an appointment for COVID Test. Got there at noon and they refused to see me because I listed online that I had some chest pressure 5 days ago. No one called to let me know before the appointment. Very rude. They lost a whole family of business.

During June and July I visited this clinic 3 times. The 3rd time I went, there was a whole team of different people. The 3rd visit in July were uncaring, insensitive women. I had an appointment, but the person at the front desk would not let me sign in, eventually I received a text stating I would lose my place in line because I had not signed in, during the other two visits I was allowed to sign in immediately. Rude. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude in person and over the phone. I called and asked if they were a walk in clinic and was told yes. After sitting almost multiple hours I just asked for my cards back and left. In the paperwork you have to sign to let them agree to charge you $300 if they see fit. The quality of the medical care per se was excellent. Ms. Holmes is a very good clinician. *HOWEVER*: this business/billing practices are unacceptable, and possibly illegal or at least irregular. I was given a form while waiting that that was demanding me to provide a credit card number and agree to authorize a $300 hold if insurance does not pay in full - what they seem to refer to as "secure pay" on their website. The doctor that I saw was inexperienced. I went in with severe back pain, muscle spasms, and neck pain. All of this started after being diagnosed with the flu and bronchitis a week before by my primary doctor. The doctor at this urgent care did not listen to my concerns. She took an X-ray of my bladder and got a urine sample from me. She didn't even X-ray my back. After the tests, she proceeded to diagnose me with constipation. The girl who attends the desk is rude, when I asked her something she answered me very rude, she should pay less attention to her cell phone and attend to patients in good ways and with education, the doctor who attended me was very professional and friendly.

Go somewhere else. It's a walk-in clinic, not an urgent care center. Office staff seemed annoyed that we were there from the moment we arrived. They won't see you w/o signing away the right for them to charge your card $150 if they deem it necessary. Staff was not patient care-centered and only interested in getting you in and out quickly.
