Waited hours for a migraine. NP said because she did not have a DEA license they could not give me fluids nor draw labs. She listened to my chest and looked in my eyes. She said she call would call in meds for nausea. The meds were never called in. I ended up in the ER in the middle of the night. They were able to give me fluids and benedryl and nausea meds. None of which required a DEA license. I will be filing a complaint with my insurance company.

Worst place I've ever been to, sat there for 3+ hours and was never seen. I would recommend literally going to the actual hospital if you want to see a provider....

My husband arrived at 7pm to the Madison location needing a few stitches and a tetanus shot after gashing his foot on a nail. The receptionist informed him "there was an hour wait and they close in an hour so.... ". I cannot believe she turned him away bleeding. I understand if this had been within 10 minutes of closing and the dr had already left but an hour before closing is ridiculous and lazy. Dispute them having the Huntsville Hospital logo on their sign, they are not affiliated with HH. We came here to get a no-cost Covid test, the girl wanted to scan our credit card and sign an agreement to allow them to charge the credit card for any reason over the next six months. To say the least we left and had the test done elsewhere.

I had a 9:40 "appointment" for blood work (Lab). I was finally called at 10:30. After waiting all that time I was told they could not do the test there even though it was a request from a HH Cardiologist. Terrible, terrible service. Why have an appointment and still wait almost an hour. I was told to go directly to HH.

When we walked in, the receptionist did not acknowledge us nor did she tell us how to sign in. Eventually one of the patients came up and told us we needed to use the computer to sign in and enter all our information. The surface of the computer screen was filthy and I had to wash it off before I would even dare touch it. During this whole time there was no assistance whatsoever from the person behind the desk. I would NEVER recommend this place. I went this morning with difficulty breathing and shortness of breath. I arrived at 8:00. The front desk person was rude, told me I would have to wait until after appointments, 1st one scheduled at 8:30??? What exactly is Urgent Care. -There was no one in the waiting room. She was rude and uncaring. Never go there if you have an URGENT needs, only appointments for non emergent care. To be clear, was told Madison was handling virtual visits for Muscle Shoals Urgent Care's website on both days. *1st time took 4 hours after my scheduled time for an NP.
