Drain Cleaning and Hot Water Tank Install I just want to thank Matt for the fast and ontime service. He came out and changed my hot water tank after hours and I also had a plugged sink which he attended to after. I would recommend Hydro Flo and use in the future.

Plumbing repairs Used this service out of the yellow pages after calling around looking for a reasonable fee - this company was the most reasonable after 10 calls. Fast turnaround, great customer service. Could not have asked for a better job.

Chris is a nice guy but we had several costly issues and he would not return our calls. Chalked it up as a loss.
Change out water heater My water heater tank had developed a pin hole and was leaking out on the floor for weeks, and I kept towels under it and monitored the situation until it was no longer tenable. It was a relief to get a replacement unit installed on the same day I called, on a Saturday, and the venting was re-connected to the original in-flow and out-flow pipes since the unit was compatible to the old one. Air Conditioner Replacement After running our 40 year old Rheem air conditoner last summer, we quickly realized that it barely cooled our home and we were stuck with a $700 utility bill for the month of August. Needless to say that was the last time it was turned on. We receieved three quotes and decided to go with Hydro-Flo partly based on price but mainly based on service. Poor post service Late arrival. Used once before great service. Year later service was 90.00 more at 260.00 and when questioned they do not reply. Unfortunately something seems to be wrong with banking as there is money in the account to but cheque bounced. Got calls and I answered and wanted my enquiry answered and James responds with saying 2 different services which was not as it is the same drain that needed to be unclogged James said he sent it to collections. We serviced this customer a year prior too which they were happy and pleased with the service price and response time for clearing a drain. A year later they requested the drain be cleaned again. We once again performed the service as there was heavy buildup in the drain from items being washed down and the service to longer to clear then the previous service.
