Leaking Hot Water, Humidifier & Toilets After waiting around all day for my "regular" plumber I thought I would try someone else so I called Justin (referred to me by my son) around 4 pm that same Thursday to see if he was available the next day. Leaking outside tap and fireplace needed to be lit I had various issues to deal with, a leaking tap, and fireplace that needed attending to. An H vac then also needed to be turned on and seen to. All this was done very promptly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend Hydro Flo for any of your plumbing and heating jobs.

Boiler and hot water tank I contacted James by email and he provided me with options for resolving issues with my lake house heating system. James focused on providing the best solution to fit my needs and I appreciate that. James determined that the boiler needed maintenance not replacement. Other contractors focused on selling me a specific brand of equipment and did not consider fixing the boiler. When the work was done, James dropped off the lake house keys at my home in Edmonton. Installing an over the stove microwave hood fan vent that through the roof Todd came to look at the job only hours after I called for the estimate. The estimate came in less than half of what a big name plumbing company quoted He came to install it 3 days later. Right on time! He showed me pictures of the roof vent all caulked and installed properly He even installed my microwave for me! I’m very pleased. I will recommend to all my family. Thank you for the great job done !

Hot water tank This summer I used this company for 2 issues with my own water heater and my Mother's. Both times we were very impressed with the quick response and found out it was either a burned out part or a cleaning that was required. I know who I'm calling when it's time for a new water heater.

40 Gallon Hot Water Tank Replacement Needed a replacement for my 15-year-old hot water tank that died peacefully in its sleep. Called HydroFlo and they were there the next morning, got the job done, and for $200 less than another local company advertises on their website as being the "guaranteed lowest price". Hot water heater Another company told me they couldn’t find the part for my hot water heater and would be very expensive to change it, over 600 bucks they said then i called hydro flow and they got the part that day and changed it the following morning, excellent service as well!

Emergency Hot Water Tank Replacement Called about 3pm on a Friday for leaking water tank and had someone out by 4 pm. Job done by 6.30 pm. Tyler & Taylor were very personable and cleaned up well after job. Will use again.
