"Great place to buy, better place 2 have your Nissan serviced" I am never let down when I go to I-90 Nissan for my scheduled service. There has only been a few times I have needed a repair and still this dealership service department does a excellent job in repair and just personal service overall. Even though I purchased my Nissan 3 years ago the sales team still greet me and engage in conversation. "Outstanding Overall on Everything!" I have dealt with numerous dealerships but I-90 Nissan tops them all! From the beginning welcome when I walked in the door to the sales & ownership experience to the service department - always very polite, courteous, honest & accommodating! I recently went in for routine service & a friend of mine came along - she said to me when we left that she has never seen such excellent customer service from a dealership in her life! She said "they really take care of you!" I wholeheartedly agree!!
"Great service!" Service department and sales reps are always very kind and helpful! They also look at all the options. That's the reason I return time and again.
"Easy lease process" Mark was easy to work with and very knowledgeable . The process for leasing was quick and efficient. I would recommend I90 Nissan to anyone wanting a new Nissan.
"Very comfortable" This was a no-hassle car buying experience. I needed a nice, used car and I needed to trade mine in. I was out the door and home in my 2015 Nissan Altima in a couple of hours. I will definitely go back there for my next car purchase.
