"I purchased a new 2018 Rogue SV." I-90 Nissan is my choice when I want to purchase a new or used car. We have purchased four vehicles from them so far and get exceptional treatment. They are always so friendly and very helpful. Especially my salesman Mark Dumonthier and the General Manager Chris Peters.
"Exceptional staff made for a smooth, stress-free experience" I have always been nervous about dealing with salespeople, and I start shaking and become confused. I took my car in for an oil change, and Ross Lungaro asked if I were considering a new car (I was, because mine was 14 years old). "Amanda and Abby are very friendly and professional" Every time I come in Amanda is so helpful and professional as well as friendly. Always smiling and keeps me informed on progress if my service needs. Abby is also very friendly and quick to get me in and out with a big smile! Great experience each time I deal with them.
"Easy peasy" I had done my research prior to contacting the dealership and saw that others had highly ranked it as well. That made it a more comfortable visit when I decided to visit them in person and take the vehicle for a test drive. The salesperson was very personable and answered any question I had.

He wanted me to be happy with my car and comfortable with the finance involved so he worked with me to get a price I liked. Honest people and knowledgeable about their cars. "Thanks, Superman! " Al was excellent at presenting vehicles that were in my price range and were possibilities I would consider while being patient and friendly. The first car he chose to show us to suited my needs and was a perfect fit in both performance and price.

"Buying experience excellent, but they cannot find the title " Bought a Nissan Rouge. The negotiation and pick of the car was perfect. I drove in from Pittsburgh, PA. Great customer service at time of transaction. A month-plus after the purchase I am still waiting for the title so I can register in Pennsylvania. I-90 did not bother to call and tell me they can not find the title and now I am calling them daily before my 16 year old is unable to drive the vehicle legally in PA.
