Buying a new car can be stressful and overwhelming. However, our experience at I-90 Nissan was anything BUT that! Our salesman, Mark Dumonthier was just wonderful!!! To Whom It Concerms, I have been coming to Nissan for awhile ,since my Brother-In-Law had a stroke two years ago. He always took care of my Nissan. The pass few visits I have been there has been better than times before when I would bring my car in for Service. Cory, has always been caring and very helpful . My salesman was wonderful!!! I was in need of a new vehicle, I told him my price range and he was able to find what I wanted. He went above and beyond my expectations.
Nothing is too much trouble, their patience is endless, and nicest of all, they are KIND. The cashier even walked over to help me figure out how to use the coffeemaker. I was having a lousy day and they made it better.
This is a great dealership. They are very helpful in every way. In fact I felt they went above and beyond. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Service was given with attention to detail and a personal touch. I was consulted on my concerns and given good options. The service manager spent an appropriate amount of time with me. I received shuttle service to work, which is a great benefit!
The salesman and all the employees were courteous and treated me like family not just a customer, like they have known me for years. Far better experience than my previous lease from another car dealership, I will return to Nissan at I 90 in Sheffield Village, Ohio.
I love this dealership. They treat customers great! I had my oil changed and tires rotated on my lunch hour. Got back to work with time to spare.
