All the people we dealt with at the dealership where genuinely interested in providing us a good experience. We found the vehicle we wanted and got a very fair price for our trade in and a very competitive price on the new vehicle. It took us only a few minutes to reach a deal. There was no pressure to add on services or dealer options. We did choose prepaid maintenance because it was a good value. This is the kind of experience you want when you purchase a vehicle no hassle no bad numbers. What a pleasant surprise.
The service person that I had was just so help full it made my time at the dealership fly by and I have been to a lot of dealership in my 70 years.
Truly a pleasant experience, dealing with friendly people that treat you well, it made my day. I like the extended hours, which fits well into my busy schedule. I will be back when the car needs future service.
