Purchased my '21 Rouge at I-90 Nissan. Took it in for not holding the road over bumps. They told me I was over steering and there was nothing wrong. At 18,000 miles it was worse, still nothing wrong. Told them where to drive on Rt 2 so they kept the car and found a blown shock. Picked up the car and drove 1/2 mile to bring it back for vibration that was not there before. Given an appointment for next Tuesday. They took the car out and claimed nothing wrong. Took the car to Tuffy who discovered that 3 tires were out of balanc... read more

"BEWARE!!! I purchased a brand new 2021 car from I-90..." BEWARE!!! I purchased a brand new 2021 car from I-90 Nissan for over $27,000.00. This car replaced the same model that I have been driving the last 4 years with zero problems. I immediately noticed that the brakes on the new car had really loud scratching sounds at times, so I took the car in to be fixed under warranty. The car only had a few hundred miles on it. I traded my 2017 Mazda, to get a car with lower miles due to how far I drive to work. BAD move. I have had to bring this car back 5 times in the 3 months from the purchase date. Not liking the service or the issues. I want out. I won't go into details of the issues, because it's not necessary. I will never touch a Nissan again after being a loyal customer since the '80s. I was shocked to be notified about a helpful review. that e as then, not now, no way. and this is my first one-star review ever.

"Service nightmare" We have a Nissan NV and know they only have one lift for this big of a vehicle. We called almost two weeks in advance and SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT for 9:00 am so we knew we would have the service done on that date at that time. We arrived ten minutes early and sat in the reception area for half an hour. The tech came out and informed us that they had a different NV up on the rack with it's engine out so they could not do the service. REALLY! BEWARE!!! This dealer does what is best for them with no regard for the customer. The full deal for a car cannot be made until you know your financing options since the trade in price and cost of the vehicle can be still negotiated. This dealership chose to finance us through KeyBank which gave them a hefty bonus and neglected to help us with the mistakes that they made on the paperwork. It would have been better for us to finance through Nissan. Two and a half weeks later I am still dealing with trying to correct the mistak... read more

Purchased a certified used 2009 Sentra Fe+ from dealership in Nov. 2012 with 17000 on the odometer. Since that time it has been returned for repairs to the hood after it was found to have been damaged in a previous accident that dealership denies knowledge of. Initially agreed to pay for half but after no communication from dealership or body shop I complained and the repair was done at dealership cost. When I purchased my car they gave me an Auto Check which came back great. I go to trade this car in at another dealer a little over three months later and it comes back with an accident. I confront them about this and they say the Car Fax must be wrong that's why they useAuto Check. Well every dealer I went to uses Car Fax. I lost $500 on my trade and paid more than i should of since it was in an accident . Because of their dishonesty. I will never do business with them again.
