very buggy... connection keeps dropping... not sure if it's a hardware issue...maybe antenna too weak to get signal consistently...have to manually turn on system more often than not...

when it works (about 80%) it us great. I have checked the wifi, reset the system and done other things to get it to work when it quit. when it works it is fabulous.

Normally I just rate 4 Stars. I rated this one 5 stars because others were complaining about it being SLOW. My system is in California and I was in Jamaica and I was able to access it quickly. Also when I was in Louisiana and Mississippi. This is a great system and App. I upgraded my system to this so that I could turn my hottub on before I got home so that it would be ready. It makes it so convenient that I use the hottub more now then I did before.
