Love the convenience when remotely starting the pool. It has been on the fritz the past few days. Unable to connect to it via the app after having no issues in the past. Emailed customer support and haven't heard back.

So far so good in the 10months of usage, would like more improvement on interface and a dual one that is not like a webpage. Have had some offline issues in the past but rare.
