Normally I just rate 4 Stars. I rated this one 5 stars because others were complaining about it being SLOW. My system is in California and I was in Jamaica and I was able to access it quickly. Also when I was in Louisiana and Mississippi. This is a great system and App. I upgraded my system to this so that I could turn my hottub on before I got home so that it would be ready. It makes it so convenient that I use the hottub more now then I did before.

cleans heavy debris fine, but the exhaust stirs up all the light stuff. still need to manually vacuum the bottom

When I initially bought my pool cleaner, I had issues connecting the cleaner to my Google Pixel 2. I contacted customer service with these issues, and after a little back and forth, we were able to figure out the root cause of the issue.
