Terrible experience everytime, terrible customer service, can't reapply once you've applied before to fix an error can't go into your application, change the error but they want you to reapply. It's frustrating and a terrible app. Do not use

The app uses a different 3rd party app to link with your bank. Apparently PLAID doesn't have my bank in their list. Can't find anyway to manually input my bank, so it was a big waste of time. No, I don't want to email support.

I have never seen a pay day loan take days to complete. They they are open 24 hrs. Email me stating I am eligible, pre approved me. Then requested a snap shot of proof, said a technical error occurred with my bank verification. I sent it within a cpl hrs, day 2, emailed asking if there is any other issues. Still nothing in response. Who leaves a customer hanging for days? Just say NO and be done with it? I could have already had the money. I Went to Goday! Don't waste your time with iCash!
