Was told to send an email with my phone number to get a call back. That email was rejected as well. Customer support is non existent

Not good in almost everyway. Harder to pay them back than it is to get money, but doesn't matter cause if you pay early you still have to wait to the last repay date to reapply which can be a few days to months. Emails saying I can re borrow then emails saying I can't and to disregard there previous message. Make 3000 with a 1000 rent, can only borrow 200 apparently. This app is good if you can wait a week for 200$. If you actually need more I suggest an in person money lender.

Very sketchy. Took almost 3 days for them to evaluate a request. Just to be denied. Very high interest rates as well. Just a blatant cash grab by greedy people.

This app if emergency too long..and only 5 days 100$ is charge 15$ how come..... Find other loan...dont try this app.

Doesnt work, many technical issues and bugs as well as delays. Edit: They said to email them to help correct the issue and I already sent the email earlier way before they asked that. Honestly guys this app is a technical mess and will likely mess up your credit score. I make around 1800 every 2 weeks and wanted a 900 loan, got preapproved and then some employee manually declined it saying I didnt get paid from my job last week. Now my credit score is weaker because of their error.

False advertising. They say all of Canadians but for some reason they don't have it in my province of quebec city. ⁷ Edit review: updated the star to two star instead of one because of the initial first response I got. Very helpful. Also I live in Quebec City

Used to be such a great service, however any business relationship you build can be thrown right out the door with no cause. The new "improvments" need to go! Rather disappointing 😞
