Absolutely useless customer service I used their services once before and it worked really well now I've been trying to apply for another one to keep saying it's my bank but my bank is fine and it keeps sending me the same email saying I need to try it on a desktop instead of actually having someone email me back Definitely will not recommend icash to anyone else unless they choose to resolve this

My exprience sucked! I rated a 5+ before when i didnt have an issue but now i changed it to a 2. Ive sent in proof of payments only to be told i needed to send in more then once i did that multiple times i got an email stating they recieve emails based on first serve and sending multiple emails wouldnt let me get in faster!!!!! Ive only been trying to apply for a loan since this morning

App was good Update: Since Icash changed to plaid bank verification nothing but issues. Changed rating due to this...18 tries to verify banking. Issue is still not resolved. In contact with customer service for now 3days and no resolution. Rating 1 star deserves 0 stars, due to customer service treating 19 loan on time payment loyal long term customers like trash worst customer service I have experienced. Use GoDay.ca they don't have these issues and they have great customer service.

I'm sorry for being rude but a robot or whatever, just doesn't replace a real person. It's apparent, and very obvious, that we have been, and continue to, just keep going around in circles without accomplishing a damn thing! This is not how to operate a successful business. And, I now know that the comments/feedback are very misleading and inaccurate. I call this FALSE ADVERTISING!! NO WONDER MY LOAN APPLICATION WITH FINABANX WAS NEVER COMPLETED. YOU'RE ALL JUST POWER HUNGRY CONTROL FREAKS WH

This is an easy to get sure but when it comes to a tragidy they made me sacrifice only to let me down and denies me in the end instead of trying to compromise I wouldn't recommend this app they cost more then the loan I would have gotten from them.

Such a scam they tried charging me 500$ for 200$ I tired to barrow but I didn't get I threatened to sue them and they closed the case
