They sent me an etransfer. They cancelled the etransfer. I don't know why. It's been 2-3 days of communication through email only with 12-15 hours between responses. I still don't have the etransfer but I'm already paying interest on it and be assured they'll get their payment on time or else.

Awful. Im going to rate 1 star everyday until you guys fix what banks you support. Im a returning customer and am being treated like garbage.

If your financial institution is not supported by data provider, you will not be able to finish the loan application. You do need to complete the banking verification online in order to submit your application so if you are not able to, we will unfortunately not be able to offer you a loan with us. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience

Was unable to use the service because I don't have a home phone, I also grew up in foster care so I couldn't use a family members number. Who has a land line these days with cell phones being what they are

If you do not have a separate home phone number, you have to answer 'No' to the question asking if you have a home phone number however, you will be prompted to enter the phone number of a family member or friend.
