Application works up until choosing bank then the app stops working, online website thru the browser also doesn't work to login I will click login and it will keep stating it's redirecting to requested content and it doesn't it just keeps refreshing to that.

Been applying for a loan but when it's time to choose a bank it keep on loading.

This app doesn't work at all.. You fill in all your information until it's time to choose a bank and all of a sudden nothing works. It's a scam. They're probably collecting people's personal financial information to then sell it for profit to others without fulfilling what they advertise.. A scam.

DO NOT USE. Fake app, all they do is steal you SIN number, SIN number is OPTIONAL not mandatory to increase the accuracy of verification... But all the questions they ask are more than enough. Delete immediately if you have already installed. Do no give them any information. 3 days later someone tried to rent an AirBNB with my info. ***REPORT THIS APPLICATION***

Accidentally made a double payment, so ive paid my loan amount twice. Have been trying to get my money back (the extra payment) for over a week now and keep getting the run around. Told 3-5 business days before they can return my money. After those 3-5 business days were up they tell me yup we will refund it this day, that day goes by so I get ahold of them again, told unfortuanatly you will now have to wait until tomorrow. Waited till the next day 3pm still not refunded. What a joke

Ok it's says 5-30 min wait time 4 hours max I've been waiting for over 10hours after getting approved...I'm not impressed at all well not use again and if I can't figure out what's going on by noon today they can keep the loan......money market like 5 mins
