Is this a Scam I've never used this before. He said not to use this app friend said they copy your identification supposedly does anyone know if u have to give your health card on file or sin # just wanted to know if that happens.

Have been a long time customer.. Love the app. I don't love how they will tell you that you have 2 payments option and then when your agreement comes out..it is only one time repayment..It has happened 3x to me.Very frustrating.. I also tried to use the desktop site on my phone. I tried to change my amount and it would not allow me to do that...so I had to download the app just to create a new loan. I did email customer service but they never did get back to me. Do better icash.
