iCash is ok if you don't mind having to go through a lengthy application which only gets you pre-approved. Then you have to wait for a rep to authorize it. If the office is open this is usually done within 4 hours, but if they are closed then it will have to wait 'til they are open. Also, information on the site about new extended hours is not true - they are open regular business hours only. You will have to go thru this every time u need a loan - no matter what they tell u in their emails.

I tried to update my account, couldn't do so. They require minimum income of 800 per pay day. Getting paid weekly if I made that much I wouldn't need the loan. Took my new bank information gladly but wouldn't even help update my other information before denying my application.

I still can't comprehend while I need your banking information and all that before they send you the money then you wait 3-4 days and nothing no one contact you. I am curious if they delete your information if you're not accepted. I just think it's a scam I get it and I got no reply back. So I might as well just borrow a few hundred bucks off my drug dealer at least I know he's legit not passing my name around to all these other companies and I also checked when they do do a credit check

Worst customer service, you get an email saying your pre approved because your a preferred customer you don't need to provide proof of payment and you can reapply right away will only take a hour.... 26 hours later I get messaged looking for proof of payment yet I was told they didn't need it. It took so long I went somewhere else I rather call and speak with someone then wait another 24 hours for acceptance
