They will mess up your payment then when you call in to settle up and pay they keep saying oh we will call you back to accept the payment then they don't call back, the next day when you call they will raise the amount you owe them regardless of confirming the day before the amount you should be repaying. Don't trust them there are way better companies to get a temporary loan through.

I am not desperate enough for money to give out my company's information! I'll make do. I'm sure they want to verify I work for who I say I do, but I will go without my company knowing I was looking for a loan. There are other ways to verify my employment! I'm good.

I originally had a five star rating for them. I have been a customer for over a year and lately it has been frustrating to deal with their customer service agents via email. Response takes almost a day and when they do respond it's abrupt and missing key information. You basically play email tag for DAYS! Not worth the headache, there are better companies available. *update* Don't feed me your generic auto responses. I contacted as requested only to have a supervisor call and be extremely rude.
