Their process is not quick, its not documentless, and its not easy. I highly recommend using another loan provider as these guys have non existent customer service, you are never put in touch with anyone who can actually speak to you, and they really dont understand government programs at all, even though they say that they work with them. Save yourself the headache, especially if you need the money. As per response below, I was not called and still not spoken to anyone direct. Useless.

saved me in a time of desperation. But the preferred customer title, is just that, only a title. Been waiting over a week for my pre approved loan to go through. Didn't even get a response for 3 days, then the app just canceled my application. Re applied and the credit department can't find evidence of my pay checks in my account... epic fail. I have been relying on them too much. Lesson learned.

Downloaded the app created an account verification of my email then added my mobile phone number and I am still waiting for the verification code. This app does not seem to work at all. It was actually my cell network was down but after that was fixed and I received the code I then found out that you do not have my bank listed in your list of banks it's a credit union.
