Get directionsYour customer service is terrible. I received a call on Friday April 3 guaranteeing me that your agent would call me today. No phone call. Only to find out the agent has the day off. As any employee, why would you guarantee a callback on your day off? My answer is that she has no clue what she is doing. This actually could have been paid Friday had you not hired uneducated staff. I've given permission for it to come out on the 9 of April. I want this employee reprimanded, at best.

I only gave one star because I had to. FIRST OF ALL. Save yourselves the headache. This company is horrible. No customer service to speak with, only email. Hello this 2020. Second of all, they will answer you with poor excuses and scripted scripts that make you feel not valued at all. I have been with this company for a while, because I have no choice cant afford to pay it off right now. I'm paying over $100 a month just to get back money I can't afford to pay off right now and get treated bad.

Too much set up, my work doesnt have an address we just have my bosses house or my secretaries house, neither of which I am just going to give out yet this app is useless without a work address and postal code, I'll just borrow from a friend thanks though.
