Got approved 4 a loan but wanted to make one payment so emailed support and they told me sign the loan and they couldnt fix it till i sign in app where i sign 4 it says once signed it can not be changed. Now they took out half the loan and wont let loan again till next month even if i repay. Now im short rent and stuck with no cash till next month and no ability to loan. This isnt "helping me get out of debt cycle of reloaning" taking half the money and refusing to let me pay early to reloan

I filled out the app I know I meet all requirements but still got denied. I think they just wanted my bank info and other personal information not right at all now I have to go and change my password to everything they asked for thank iCash for being a big lie

The app has not been working properly for about a week now it will not let me reset my password and when I asked support the answer was login to your app, and that's after I told them it's not lett me..poor response and still no answers and I reven asked I'd there anything wrong with the app at the moment, they said nope..but does not work at all for me for last week now🤷♂️ It's to bad because it was great when it was working.
