Frustrated with how loan amounts are handled here. I've taken out 4 loans and paid every single one back within days, never missed a payment, never been late. You'd think that kind of repayment history would qualify me for higher amounts, but instead they keep approving reduced amounts regardless. Useful in a pinch, but don't expect the limits to reflect your actual track record. I even emailed one time explaining my situation and asking for a specific amount - they gave like a $50 bump up, sad

I've been using them for years now but since I changed banks and they don't support KOHO I can no longer get a loan through them even though I sent income proof through email. Disappointing.

horribl3 experience every time with this trash app, have to jump through hoops just to get a loan, I've changed my banking 5 times over the course of using this, and still will not validate my legit credentials

I am changing my 5 star rating to 1. Should be 0. It was easy & simple to get a loan, HOWEVER, when you pay it back, they let you reapply for a new loan, THEN tell you your previous loan wasn't repaid. You don't get the loan you just applied for. They blame your bank even though your bank shows it was paid, their app shows it's paid, & you send them proof of this. I am not the only person this has happened to. Many others have had the exact same experience.
