Worst customer service ever. As a repeat customer who has never missed a payment, this most recent experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. I changed banks and apparently they can't wrap their head around that. I get copy/paste emails that don't actually address the issue or I don't get answer at all. ETA: After leaving this review, I received a response. My new bank isn't supported and they don't accept the self employment income in the other account. Lousy and inflexible customer service

wait times for approval are ridiculous, even for loyal customers. waiting for responses regarding emails is ridiculous. Don't even bother to call the phone number on a weekend, because you cannot speak with anyone.

Theresa glitch in ghe app. When you sign into your banking, its asks you for the code that the bank emailed you to verify your idenity. No matter how many tines you enter in the code, it just re loads the same page.
