I originally had a five star rating for them. I have been a customer for over a year and lately it has been frustrating to deal with their customer service agents via email. Response takes almost a day and when they do respond it's abrupt and missing key information. You basically play email tag for DAYS! Not worth the headache, there are better companies available. *update* Don't feed me your generic auto responses. I contacted as requested only to have a supervisor call and be extremely rude.

I tried to apply for a loan before but never completed the loan application but I want to apply for a new loan under a new email address but the app won,t allow me to create a new account without first signing in to using the email that my original application was started with and I no longer have access to that information

I dont like this app at all, The reviews are good but i think those are scams, Making an account was super hard, And when you try to get a loan it asks for a bunch of personal information and things that you cant fill out. 0 stars, Dont get this app, Its a waste of time.

This is the first time I've been motivated enough to write a review. The customer service is attrocious. I sent an email about an issue at around 8 in the morning and I recieved an email that did not pertain to my case, just a blanket statement for an FAQ. I have been waiting for four hours and I have recieved two emails that convey the exact same message with no consideration of what was said in my inital and following emails

It's a scam meant to steal money from people, they want access to ur bank account, I made 1400$ in 2 weeks and they said my loan was denied because I don't have 800$ in my account altho I have 1200$ lmao scammers, report this app
