I needed a new card made, but the system was down (which wasn't a problem for me) so this fella named Joshua asked me for my contact info to notify my when the card printer was available and working. When it was fixed and all good, he called me and then I came back in shortly after. He remembered all my stuff that I needed, and "went above and beyond the call of duty."

I have been with ICCU for years, we chose them to finance our home because their rates could not be beat. Tyler was amazing helping us get our home, Vanessa is my favorite teller at my branch! ICCU is all about community and integrity! Even tho I have moved out of state I do not want to change banks!

Did you know that if you bank with a sister bank of ICCU, they will offer free notary services? I was very impressed with this branch, and when I decide to bank locally, I will definitely bank with ICCU. Highly recommended!
Always great service, great mobile app, just wouldn't go anywhere else! The staff really does have your best interests in mind from applying for my home loan to even just my credit card or checking accounts, I've always felt very educated and secure workIng with them!

I have banked here for several years and at many of their locations. I have worked with different people from their tellers, home loan departments and personal loans and I can say across the board, I have always received exceptional service. I've been receiving notices in the mail from ICCU for several years now for somebody who used to live here years ago, but no longer does. After several attempts to get them to stop sending me this person's mail, I was informed by ICCU mgt that they cannot stop sending it to the wrong address because their system cannot be changed. Efforts to return the mail are fruitless as it just keeps coming. The harassment continues!
I used the wrong card to pull money out of the ATM and within a minute I put the money back in the ATM and was still charged an overdraft fee. I went to the bank on Celebration and told them the mistake. I was told they can't take it off because they helped me in the past too many times. So they literally stole $25 from me! The past should be irrelevant in this case. I put the money back in so there was no reason to charge an overdraft fee! Also a great way to treat the members during the holidays.
