the worst place to bank with in the entire country. if i could give it -500 stars i would. their atm machines are god awful and dont ever try and deposit cash through any machine if you are on a limited time limit before they're open. oh and let's not forget they will charge you 4 late fees in one day all being 25$ so you'll always be negative at least 100$. im telling you from the bottom of my heart there are better places to bank at. please for the love of god chose somewhere else otherwise you will end up like me. and i'm... read more

great credit union, bad fees. i recently got 40 USD out of this ATM and had ti pay 46 USD total with fees. if its not your bank, don't go

So, I call the bank today to get a interest fee waved of $13.94. I paid my card off and this bank still charge me another fee. I thought this was a good place until today. Latin and the other young lady put no effort into getting the fee waved. In this time where everything is so expensive you got banks like this taking advantage of consumers. Stay away, I want use are recommended this place to no one ever. If I could give them a zero star I would. Thanks for nothing

I was scammed during the pandemic and long story short it affected me greatly. Then Idaho Central Credit Union decided it was appropriate to withhold the money that the President sent me to help me through these times. Anyone who banks at ICCU beware. A month ago i had issue of someone trying to hack my account, multiple issues got taken care of. But i put a second password on account also to require photo id. Today i went in to close out my accounts at iccu. At the END of the transaction with cash in hand. I asked the teller why did he just close my accounts WITHOUT asking for any ID, password or even my name. All i gave was the member id. He apologised and told me have a nice day. Real secure...not

Wish I could give these banks a worse than 1 star because I don't feel that's deserved, if you want to open an account at a bank that will constantly take bs hidden fees out of your bank account than this is the one to go to. Also the security of your account is horrible as mine was making payments to credit companies that I never owed anything to. Once I realized this was happening I called ICCU to get it figured out and they did nothing to help. Told me to call some credit company and didn't even give me they're phone numb... read more

Wish I could leave negative stars that manager there is the nastiest rudest teller I have ever seen in a bank maybe because she was pregnant but no excuse to be that nasty refused to cash a check that my wife had cashed for me and I signed and she has a account there and always deposited checks I signed EXPECIALLY ! This bank is terrible. First and foremost, this bank lacks knowledge and customer service in regards to resolving any issues. We do a small amount of business with this bank but as soon as our car loan is satisfied we are done with them. We've had our Visa card compromised twice in 6 years, and the last time it was compromised we had to wait over the weekend to find out why we couldn't use it.
