This bank is terrible. First and foremost, this bank lacks knowledge and customer service in regards to resolving any issues. We do a small amount of business with this bank but as soon as our car loan is satisfied we are done with them. We've had our Visa card compromised twice in 6 years, and the last time it was compromised we had to wait over the weekend to find out why we couldn't use it.
