Would recommend for... (Verified Renter) Would recommend for great location, maintenance is quick and stress-free, great community, and convenient dog park at the bank across the street. Would not recommend due to a lot of noise on the downtown side - dumpsters, highway, and club nearby. Also, crime seems to happen often.
Being from up... (Verified Renter) Being from up North I feel as though I get the most for what I pay. I have no complaints. If something is broken the team does their best to get it repaired as quickly as possible. For theft they keep residents informed. I've got no complaints, just wish the leasing options were 6 or 12 month rotations or I knew more about possible month to month rates.

There have been... (Verified Renter) There have been multiple occasions where I have come home and police have been on site. Neighbors have asked me about gun shots which made me a bit worry some. Over the summer I was without A/C for two days. Before I fully knew the weekend trash rules, I got a letter stating I would be fined if I left my trash out again.
