I enjoy the... (Verified Renter) I enjoy the finish out, apartment personnel and the rates. I would not recommend the property for its cleanliness. The landscaping and appearance is nice, but the hallways and elevators are usually pretty dirty.

So Far So Good!!! Just moved in and everything is going great! Office staff is amazing, my apartment is great and I'm so happy I made the decision to move here!!!
Comfortably in the Mix Icon at Ross is situated perfectly to allow residents access to areas such as Deep Ellum, Downtown and Uptown, all while keeping you "outside" the annoying hustle and bustle of living within the city. It's also walking distance to our new favorite local bar "Three Sheets". The residents here are all enjoyable and my roommate and I have made many friends already.
