(Verified Renter) The property is great - the staff is pleasant and easy to work with and I feel that for it's age, the design and aesthetics of the apartments are still modern and quality. However, the grounds of the property can feel rundown and not well-kept. Elevators and stairwells always feel dirty and the hallways could be mopped/buffered more.
The residents do... (Verified Renter) The residents do not take care of the property. Understanding that this is not the property's fault, it is frustrating.
The parking garage... (Verified Renter) The parking garage floor was gross and needed a good power wash. The grates in the parking garage floor on the first level are dangerous with gaps that can be stepped in. I tripped a couple of times.
So far I've... (Verified Renter) So far I've had a pleasant experience living at Icon at Ross from the service team to the leasing staff. The location of the property is also ideal.
Every time I... (Verified Renter) Every time I have had a maintenance request, it was responded to very quickly and professionally. It is great living here knowing that the residents are a priority to the maintenance team. I have lived in apartments where a simple maintenance request would take 10 days to be addressed. The Icon at Ross cares about it's residents and handles any problems in a timely manner.
I enjoy my... (Verified Renter) I enjoy my apartment (the finish out) and the office/maintenance staff is always pleasant to work with. But I can't say I'm satisfied with the maintenance of the grounds. There's usually trash in hallways and floors are never clean. Overall, the experience has been good, I just wish the property didn't feel so rundown at times. The landscaping and decor is nice, but the cleanliness could be improved. Don't leave sassy... (Verified Renter) Don't leave sassy notes and the trash in the garbage disposal for me to see. I understand you're not supposed to run glass through the disposal but sometimes something slips through without you noticing. Accidents happen, I don't need attitude about it.
I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend this community because it is very clean and everyone makes you feel at home! The maintenance team is very friendly and accommodating! Love the pool and fitness room! The location is great!
