Josiah walked us through every detail and answered every question. His friendliness’s and ability to communicate made it easy to ask anything. Everything happened so fast and we got our home within a couple weeks. I was just merely looking around on homes nearby not realizing that It was possible for me at the time. I got a home much sooner than I thought because of Josiah. He definitely knows what he’s doing and that feeling is a relief when making an important decision and working with someone.

Dillon made the selling of my home a very easy time not to worry about it. I felt very confident. He was very friendly and very encouraging. I could tell he was knowledgeable in how to make my home a place that people came to look at home a very inviting place to look at and could consider it being their new home. We had a lot of interest and I think it had to do with Dillon's experience.
Dillon was a joy to work with. We had to have a lot of yard work that had to be done before we sold the house and Dillon took care of all the planning and scheduling for us to get our house on the market at a good price.
