Chris was great. This was a fairly long process as the piece of land the Icon team was attempting to sell for us wasn't super desirable. Chris was very patient with the process and worked hard at getting us a good deal with superb communication. I'd recommend Chris and his team wholeheartedly to those looking to buy or sell!

Lowell is a wonderful! While browsing listings I saw one that I wanted to tour, and he was able to take me to see it the very next day. When we met for the tour he was prompt and very knowledgeable about both the home and the area. I could tell he had done his research about the property and had already been in contact with the seller to get me all the details. Lowell was able to answer all my questions and I will continue to work with him until I purchase a home. I highly recommend Lowell!
We stopped at an "open house" and Mr. Morrison was very friendly. He explained all the benefits of the home, such as a private park for the kids, running trials, and the closeness to shopping centers. He explained the home buying process and what our next step should be if we were truly interested in the home. It was a great experience when he followed up to see if we had any questions.
