Dani helped us purchase a home in Kirkland. Dani was terrific. She knows the market, helped me hone in and find the location and the home that I was looking for. The house was still under construction, and she helped us navigate through the construction process and any issues that arose. We closed on the house last week and couldn't be happier! I would highly recommend Chris as an agent. I have never sold a house before, and he answered all my questions and walked me through the entire process. There was an issue that came up with the title company, and Chris made multiple phone calls to get the issue resolved so closing wasn't delayed. Definitely give Chris a call!

Very professional and available to assist us with scheduling around our hectic work schedules. Heather was a wonderful realtor, She was the first real estate agent to take me seriously, she found me a lender, showed me any dream houses. and went welll above and beyond what we could expect. She did everything could do to help us close on our dream 1912 Historic Manor.. I bought my first house with my VA loan. From day one Chris was professional, kind, and honest. He went beyond any expectations and this was so helpful. I have pretty bad PTSD and so making such a big change in my life was not easy. Chris made it painless. We are so grateful. What a Christmas present.
