All of the staff were super friendly and caring. They made my dog feel comfortable and they explained everything about his treatment. Very thorough and answered any questions I had. By the time our appointment was over, I could already see that my dog was feeling better. Genuine care and compassion for animals. Thank you, ideal veterinary hospital!

Today was an extremely hard day for my family as we had to make the tough decision to euthanize our dog, Boomer. Walking into the clinic I didn’t know what to expect or how things would go. Shere, the practice manager, talked me through the procedure step by step in great detail. She made me feel extremely comfortable. Dr. Shaw and the staff at Ideal Vet have been nothing short of amazing. They have been our routine vet for some time but they went from good to amazing in the past week in my eyes. My dog broke her leg and Dr. Shaw and the staff have taken amazing care of her for the past week. They were wonderful about updating us and keeping us informed of what the price would be. There were no surprises. They were very accommodating of my schedule so that I could come visit her while she healed from surgery and we’re always very kind.
