The staff took great care of my big baby Sampson. They got him in same day for emergency treatment. They were recommended to me by my local vet Thunder Rd Veterinary clinic for his emergency care. I am so happy they were able to help and will use them for all future emergency needs if we have them!

Dr. John is easy to talk with. Very knowledgeable, will give options for treatment. He loves your pet as much as you do. He has helped 3 of our fur babies cross the 🌈bridge when it was time. And so supportive when we said our goodbyes. Our fur babies were Liberty Ann-17, Chigger-20 and our American Bully, Olive-13 (the cancer was aggressive). We have adopted another from Oak Ridge Animal Shelter...HAZEL!!! She loves everyone at Ideal Veterinary Hospital...especially Dr. John Shaw!

The doctors and staff there are tremendous. They’ve taken great care of my cats for a long time. I would recommend them.
I love the staff here and Dr. Shaw was wonderful with our dog as she lost her eyes to glaucoma. They have always taken great care of my dogs and it is obvious that they genuinely care for their patients.
