Ignite Funding is a great company to work with and through. My advisor Kate **** has been very professional, walked me through the processes (as I am a beginner in these kind of investments) showed me how to access their wonderful resources and tutorials. I find Ignite to be an upper class company in all that they do and am very happy with their business ethics.

I heard about Ignite early this year and about 2 months ago reached out to Kate and she was very thorough in explaining who they are and what they do. She also shared a lot of other info and urged me to do my due diligence so I did. I am not on my second loan/trust deed with Kate and her team and so far it has been great. They took the time to answer questions and explain anything that I did not understand. I have been with Ignite Funding going on a year now & love how well they keep their investors informed & up to date with an awesome & very informative website with all the information you could ask for. They produce a podcast & tons of helpful information on *******. All the forms you might need are easily accessible & the entire staff is so helpful & friendly! They also offer FREE notarization (in the office). The process is so easy & stream lined. You can't beat the 10-12% return!!!
