I appreciate having the ability to invest in first trust deeds with confidence working with IGNITE FUNDING. They have due diligence which offer the investors some safety versus trying to invest in first trust deeds yourself. So far I am very satisfied with Ignite funding and look forward to expanding my investments with them. The paperwork is sometimes very time consuming but in the long run it protects the investment and allows you to review significant amount of information regarding the borrower and the protection you are given to safeguard your investments. Greg ****is great. He is very patient with new investors and hesitant investors. Ignite has lots of education resources and they answer everything. When I felt comfortable, I jumped in. I have not done the process before, but they were patient and helpful with that as well. J Greene
