I've been investing with Ignite Funding for three years and have gradually increased my investments after starting with smaller amounts. Their customer service is outstanding, both competent and friendly. Investments usually last 6 to 9 months, offering a variety of opportunities for diversification across different projects and regions. The loans, backed by property as collateral, are to property developers and builders, though they are not insured

We have found Ignite Funding to be an easy and safe way to grow investment funds at a steady 10%. We have been with Ignite Funding for over 10 years and recommend this avenue to many friends and family members. Reinvesting the interest is a way to compounded growth as well. This is one of our retirement cash and IRA buckets that works out in our plan. There is always risk with all other investments. This one feels less so over the long term. Mark
