I did some loans with Ignite, no loss so far. Only one loan (Old Chicago) was delinquent, but paid off eventually. I like their service, esp. loan docs work for IRA Account. They prepare all the docs and do all the due diligence. I just need to review it and sign it. Good team to work with. They communicate well and I can always reach someone to get a response which gives me a piece of mind.
