I did some loans with Ignite, no loss so far. Only one loan (Old Chicago) was delinquent, but paid off eventually. I like their service, esp. loan docs work for IRA Account. They prepare all the docs and do all the due diligence. I just need to review it and sign it. Good team to work with. They communicate well and I can always reach someone to get a response which gives me a piece of mind.

I’ve been investing with Ignite Funding for more than two years and I’m pleased with my decision to do so. I’m receiving a great return on my investments; my interest income is deposited into my checking account every month like clockwork and 1099-INT statements are available right away at the beginning of each year. I've been investing with Ignite Funding for three years and have gradually increased my investments after starting with smaller amounts. Their customer service is outstanding, both competent and friendly. Investments usually last 6 to 9 months, offering a variety of opportunities for diversification across different projects and regions. The loans, backed by property as collateral, are to property developers and builders, though they are not insured
