The process is simple and generally doesn't take much time. Competent staff checks you in (and later checks you out). Technicians (again competent and personable) apply various tests, check your charts and prior visits. They are basically preparing an up to the minute status of your eyes, which Dr. Feng needs as he prepares for his own meeting (and possible testing) with you.
