Ilya Kosenkov is absolutely professional and kind person!! I had very complicated situations. My parents immigrated from Kazakhstan a bit over a year ago and we really wanted them to buy there own home. Of course they were not eligible to go to big banks, since they didn’t wok long enough. Then we had to include me, but my financial situation was also complicated. Ilya was so knowledgeable and persistent we were able to get amount we needed for our dream home. Wow just wow, that's my review. We meet Ilya through a friend of ours to get a investment Loan. From start to finish Ilya was always there to guide us by explaining the process and time line from opening escrow to closing. We even closed 2 weeks before due date, Ilya knows his loan stuff so we are really grateful that we choice to work on our mortgage with Ilya and I would strongly recommend his services to any one who's buying a Home!!
