A rating of 1 star (Poor) is too high for this dealer in my opinion as there was no option to rate 0 star. This past week I came to the Nissan Gargen Grove and bought the advertised service package which includes 3 oil & filter changes plus tire rotations and inspections for $129.95. I made the appointment for 4:45 pm as it was available on the website. Out of caution, I called just to make sure and was told that they would need at least 2 hours to complete the oil change and tire rotation. Since they are closed at 6pm, I wo... read more
