I was very happy with my experience at imperio Nissan . Ed in the service department has been there for years and is always the guy I go to. I trust him - he has been nothing but honest and helpful.

I went in to have my breaks checked . I usually make an appoinment but forgot this time. Audrey (with a friendly smile ) welcomes me , and as busy as she was made me feel like I was priority number one. She gave me a time frame when to expect my car to be completed , and they were right on point. She explained everything to me , I would encourage a visit with this kind associate.
Had to get my car serviced and went to a few places and just felt more comfortable coming here. Everyone was friendly and it was cheaper than some shops quoted me for. Would go back.
