Every time I come to get my car service I experience the best customer service. They explain the recommendations I may need for my car at the beginning and again at the end.
Was recommended services I did not really need. If I actually need it then of course I would purchase but to just pitch me services to get a sale really isn’t it. It’s just me spending money to something my car doesn’t need.I Other then that the service was good my car is driving well. Thank you.

My 1st time and no shuttles was available to bring me home? I'm about 10 minutes away. Also, website prices is not the same as the invoice that was showing I'm being charged for. No car wash either? I guessed I was spoiled from my last dealership that I was with for 18 years. Michael was very nice and professional. Let's see how it goes next time.
