OC Nissan of Garden Grove provided a high level of service and went above and beyond to help us obtain a vehicle. Omar was great at presenting the viable vehicle options. Lucky and Gus were great at helping us with over coming several obstacles with regard to the loan. The General Manger Dan Nguyen went far beyond our expectations in making sure everything was taken care of. Last August I went to OC Nissan with a friend to buy a car. I wasn't in the market to buy but Nissan had great rebates at the time. I was so impressed the the salesman "Omar" and his low pressure attitude, I began asking about a new truck for myself. I ended up leaving there with a brand new Titan! I drove nearly 50 miles to Garden Grove Nissan after confirming an appointment for a car listed at $8,999. Before going, I even called the dealer and asked about the out-the-door price. The salesperson refused to give an exact number but said it’s “usually 10% more than the listed price.” Based on that, I expected something around $9,800–$10,000, which was within my budget. Service Advisor was Rude. Quoted $410 dollars to install one canister and attach it to existing hoses. 3 hours to install. Advisor made me wait until service department closed before he released my.vehicle. I will Never recommend or return to this dealer.

Always a long wait didn’t wash car crappy sticker put on my window for next oil change.
No good service only promise the service not good long time to waiting no rate to home
My experience was not good. They did not rotate my tires when I had an oil changed and they did not do a multipoint inspection. Then my swiss knife was missing when they handed me my key. I will not come back to this dealership. Crappy service!!
