I had already made a decision on a make and model of car I wanted and I am the kind of person who doesn't like loans and I have horrible credit. I took what little money I had saved into the dealership, in the form of a cashier's check with the name of the dealership made out to OC Nissan Irvine. I purchased my 2011 Murano Convertible here at OC Nissan. 90k later my vehicle is still doing great! The service department here at OC Nissan has really made this the best owner experience I have had in some time. I normally hate going to dealers for service. I purchased a 2014 Rogue from this dealership last night, and I couldn't have been happier with the customer service we received. We spent a week going to every dealership and researching every car just to make sure we were choosing the perfect car for us. I was greeted immediently and professionally. I was explained what would be done to my car, how much it would cost, and how long my wait would be. I was shown to the waiting area and before I knew it my car was ready! It was also washed! Excellent service and knowledgable employees! I will definitely be back and recommend this specific Nissan dealership!
