John in service has been amazing at OC Nissan. Sadly he has had to help me out a lot but that is a different review. John has been professional and friendly. He has always kept me informed of what is going on with the myriad of issues with my new car. If it was not for him I would probably be standing in the showroom making a scene about how Nissan does not stand behind their cars.
I had an absolutely amazing experience! I just moved to OC and car shopping is always a pain. I got a call from Adrian after I asked for information online about their Nissan Quest. He was helpful in answering my questions and there was no pressure from him. I decided to take a test drive and he was very helpful and he wasn't trying to sell me a more expensive car. The van was listed about $3000 below the price on Nissan's website which was good because I ended up getting the van. Always go here when I need service on my Altima.I've always thought it was a bit pricey for the service I received so I shopped around and realized that their prices are right on par with its competitors. I always have a great experience here with Angel P. All the advisors are always friendly, sincere and honest. Vehicle is always done when promise and on time. I LOVE this place! They were absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend coming to this dealership for either a new or used car. They want to help you in whatever way they can. I was in a rush to buy a new car, needed for a new job. Not the best circumstances, I know. Well, not only did Alex find me a car that fit my needs, he fit my budget as well. He was very responsive to me, and over the course of two days, was texting me to stay in touch and let me know how the deal could play out. I just purchased my second Nissan from this dealership, and thanks to Sam Klein, the GM, the experience was just as good as our first visit. Sam doesn't play games, or pressure his customers.
