I was greeted immediently and professionally. I was explained what would be done to my car, how much it would cost, and how long my wait would be. I was shown to the waiting area and before I knew it my car was ready! It was also washed! Excellent service and knowledgable employees! I will definitely be back and recommend this specific Nissan dealership!
Adrian Contreras and Alex Shekarchi were amazing to deal with. I came back for a couple service problems and Alex treated me like it was his own family by providing me transportation while my new car was being worked on. Best car buying experience I had in 30 years.
John in service has been amazing at OC Nissan. Sadly he has had to help me out a lot but that is a different review. John has been professional and friendly. He has always kept me informed of what is going on with the myriad of issues with my new car. If it was not for him I would probably be standing in the showroom making a scene about how Nissan does not stand behind their cars.

I got a call from Adrian after I asked for information online about their Nissan Quest. He was helpful in answering my questions and there was no pressure from him. I decided to take a test drive and he was very helpful and he wasn't trying to sell me a more expensive car. The van was listed about $3000 below the price on Nissan's website which was good because I ended up getting the van. Always go here when I need service on my Altima.I've always thought it was a bit pricey for the service I received so I shopped around and realized that their prices are right on par with its competitors. I always have a great experience here with Angel P. All the advisors are always friendly, sincere and honest. Vehicle is always done when promise and on time.
