I came in to get my car refiananced, not to purchased a new car. I bought my car from Irvine Nissan 2 1/2 years ago. Herbert explained to me why I should trade in my 2009 Altima, and purchase a new 2012 Altima. They got me coffee. Herbert was very professional, and answered all of my questions.
